Subscriptions and cancellation
You247 Pro is a monthly subscription. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard (Plan & usage → Manage billing). Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods or for periods already billed. If you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection law, or is granted under Paddle's Buyer Terms, Paddle processes it.
The Free plan never charges anything.
