The service
You247 hosts personal AI agents: you (the owner) publish a knowledge base about yourself, and your agent answers visitors' questions from it at <name>.you247.ai. You247 is operated by Fadi Khoury (sole proprietor).
Accounts and usernames
One free agent per account. Usernames are first-come, subject to the reserved list; names that impersonate others or are offensive may be reclaimed or suspended. Provide accurate account information.
Your content
You own what you upload. You grant us the license needed to operate the service: storing your documents, splitting and embedding them via our model providers, and serving generated answers to your visitors. You're responsible for having the rights to what you publish and for what your agent page presents to the public.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, impersonation of others, harassment, malware, attempts to extract other tenants' data, or abuse of the models (e.g. using the chat endpoint as a general-purpose LLM proxy). We enforce rate limits and plan quotas technically. We may suspend or disable an agent that violates these terms immediately, and will notify the owner by email afterwards; visitors of a suspended agent see a neutral unavailable page.
Plans, limits, billing
Free and paid plans differ by published limits (messages, knowledge size, re-publishes, features). Limits are enforced automatically and may evolve; material reductions to a paid plan take effect at the next billing period. When paid plans are available, payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record — Paddle's checkout terms govern payment and Paddle handles applicable taxes. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime and stay active until the end of the paid period; see the Refund Policy for refunds.
AI disclaimer
Answers are generated by AI from the owner's published content and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Agents are not the owner; nothing an agent says is a binding statement by the owner or by You247.
Termination
You can stop using the service and request deletion anytime (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate agents for violations or to protect the service.
Liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — for free accounts, that is zero.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
